Payment Policy

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal. Payment is taken in euros at checkout, before the order is prepared.

Card payments are processed through a secure PCI-DSS compliant gateway. We do not see or store full card numbers. If you choose PayPal, you will be directed to PayPal to complete the payment and then returned to our site.

The amount charged is the total shown at checkout, including VAT for deliveries within metropolitan France. Delivery is free, so no shipping fee is added.

If you need an invoice, contact inof@boutique-vinyles.fr after ordering and we will send it by email.

Refunds are always returned to the original payment method. Once a refund is approved, it may take 7 to 10 business days to appear on your card or PayPal balance, depending on the provider. This timeframe is set out in the Returns & Refunds Policy.
