Shipping policy

We ship from Mondonville to metropolitan France only. We do not currently deliver to overseas departments or territories.

Orders are prepared Monday to Friday, excluding French public holidays. Once payment is confirmed, we prepare the parcel and hand it to the carrier within 1 to 2 business days. Records are packed in rigid mailers with enough protection to reduce the risk of corner dings or seam splits.

We use La Poste Colissimo or DPD France, depending on the size and destination of the parcel. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as the label is created.

After dispatch, delivery normally takes 3 to 5 business days within metropolitan France. Most orders therefore arrive between 4 and 7 business days after payment confirmation. Carrier delays can happen during busy periods or bad weather, and these are outside our control.

Delivery is free. There is no minimum order and no handling fee. We do not currently offer express shipping.

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email inof@boutique-vinyles.fr as soon as possible. We can usually fix the address before dispatch. Once the parcel has been handed to the carrier, we cannot change or redirect it.

If the outer packaging looks damaged when it arrives, take photos before opening it. If the record itself is damaged, keep all packaging and contact us within 14 days. We will explain what to do next.
