Refund policy
You have 14 days from the date you receive your parcel to contact us about a return.
A. 14-day statutory withdrawal right
In accordance with French law, you may withdraw from your order within 14 days after receipt without giving any reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, send an email to inof@boutique-vinyles.fr with your order number. You do not need to justify your decision.
The record must be returned unplayed and in its original packaging. If the record was sealed in cellophane, the plastic film must not be removed. Original packaging includes the inner sleeve, outer sleeve, inserts, and any item supplied with the record.
We will send you a prepaid Colissimo return label. The return is free.
After we receive and inspect the record, we approve the refund within 1 to 2 business days. We guarantee that the refund is initiated no later than 14 days after we receive the return.
B. Defective or damaged item
If the record has a manufacturing defect or was damaged during transport, contact us within 14 days after receipt.
To help us process your request quickly, please provide:

where and when you bought the item;

proof of purchase, such as the order number or invoice;

photos of the product;

the reason you are not satisfied.
In this case, the “unplayed” condition does not apply. We will arrange a replacement or refund depending on stock availability. Return shipping costs are also covered by us.

Refund timing
After we receive and inspect the return, we approve the refund within 1 to 2 business days. The refund is sent to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or PayPal, the amount usually appears in your account within 7 to 10 business days after approval.
