Terms of service

1. Scope

These terms apply to all orders placed on boutique-vinyles.fr. By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method and that the information you provide is accurate.

2. Order confirmation and acceptance

After payment, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email does not mean the order has been accepted. Acceptance happens when the order is dispatched. We reserve the right to cancel an order if there is a pricing error, stock issue, or payment problem. If we cancel an order that has already been paid, we refund the full amount to the original payment method.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in euros and include applicable VAT for deliveries within metropolitan France. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal. Payment is taken at the time the order is placed.

4. Product descriptions

We describe records as accurately as possible. Photos are part of the description. Small differences in colour or packaging may occur and do not make a product defective unless the record itself is damaged or not as described.

5. Delivery

Delivery is available only to addresses in metropolitan France. Dispatch and delivery times are explained in the Shipping Policy.

6. Returns

Returns are handled under the Returns & Refunds Policy. Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, photos, logos, and graphics, belongs to Boutique Vinyles or its suppliers. You may not copy or reuse it for commercial purposes without written permission.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by French law, our liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not responsible for indirect losses.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. If a dispute cannot be resolved by contacting us directly, the French courts have jurisdiction.
