How long does delivery take?

Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 business days. Delivery within metropolitan France normally takes 3 to 5 business days after that. Most parcels arrive 4 to 7 business days after payment.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free within metropolitan France. There is no minimum order and no handling fee.

Which carrier do you use?

We send parcels with La Poste Colissimo or DPD France, depending on parcel size and destination. You will receive a tracking link when your order ships.

Can I order from outside France?

Not at the moment. We only deliver to addresses in metropolitan France.

What payment methods do you accept?

Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal.

How do I return a record?

Email inof@boutique-vinyles.fr within 14 days of receiving your order. For a return under the statutory withdrawal right, simply provide your order number. For a defective or damaged item, include proof of purchase, photos, and a description of the problem. We will send you a prepaid return label.

Does it cost anything to return an item?

No. Return shipping is free and there is no restocking fee.

When will I get my refund?

After we receive and inspect the return, we approve the refund within 1 to 2 business days. The refund is initiated no later than 14 days after we receive the return. The money goes back to the original payment method and usually appears within 7 to 10 business days.

What should I do if my record arrives damaged?

Take photos of the outer packaging and the record. Contact us within 14 days with the photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund depending on stock availability.

Can I cancel or change my order after paying?

Contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not been packed or handed to the carrier, we can usually cancel or change it. Once it has shipped, you can still return it under the Returns & Refunds Policy.

Do you have a physical shop?

We are an online shop based in Mondonville. Orders are packed and shipped from that address. To reach us, use the contact details on the Contact page.
