Pouvoir Magique - Cycles

Cycles maps the hero's journey onto a single listen, an auditory pilgrimage from Pouvoir Magique built from three-part motion: childhood joy, trial, and finally a return to light.

The project draws directly on Joseph Campbell and Carl Jung, the same mythic structure that underlies most stories worth telling, and rather than treat that as a lyric sheet gimmick, the record actually moves through it. Three singles were released gradually ahead of the 2025 album, each one a stage in the cycle, building toward a full statement about how these patterns of innocence, struggle, and rebirth keep recurring across a life rather than resolving once and being done.

Meet the Magic opens the record in that first stage, unguarded and playful before anything darker arrives. Burning Man, featuring Ismaël Murat ElHakim and Ekaterina Shelehova, is where the trials properly begin, denser and more epic in scale than anything preceding it. The Peacock Dance brings in Fakear for one of the record's most vivid detours, and Resurrection closes the cycle exactly where the whole structure points, luminous and clearly meant as arrival rather than ending.
